How do I register my car club?

• Registration is open Thursday, February 26, 2026 to Sunday, July 26, 2026.

How do I participate if I’m not part of a Car Club?

• Pre-registration is open to heritage car clubs by invite only.
• All other vehicles must plan to arrive on Sunday, August 16 between 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
• Space is limited, and first-come, first-serve.

Is there a cost to enter my car club and/or vehicle?

• There is no fee to participate.
• Vendor booths, contests, raffles, giveaways, advertising or selling of any materials require prior approval from the Show Coordinator(s). Vendor rates will apply.

How do I register my business as a vendor?

• Registration is open from Thursday, February 26, 2026 to Sunday, July 26, 2026.

What is the load-in process when I arrive with my vehicle / business at the Downtown Car Show?

• Car Clubs (Pre-Registered)
  6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
  Enter at Gates 2 to 7 (G2-G7) near your club’s reserved space(s).
  Spots not guaranteed after 8:00 a.m.
• Vendors
  7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
  Enter at Gates 1, 4, 5 or 8 (G1, G4, G5, G8) near your business’s reserved space(s).
• Non-registered Vehicles
  8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
  Enter at Gates 3 to 7 (G3-G7).
  Space is limited, first-come, first-serve.
• If a gate is backed up (4+ cars), proceed to another entrance.
• All participants receive a show map and “Do Not Touch” sign upon entry (extra copies available at the Rock 102 Stage – 3rd Ave & 21st St).
• Gates close at 9:30 a.m. – no late entry.
• All participants must stay in place until 4:00 p.m. Early departures will not be invited back next year.

What about road closures?

• Road closures are in effect Sunday, August 16, 2026 from 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Closures include: 1^st Avenue to 4^th Avenue and between 20^th Street and 23^rd Street.
•  Downtown patrons, business and residents should plan to park elsewhere and arrange pick-ups / alternate transportation, as needed.
• Vehicles parked within the closure zone after 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2026 will be towed at no cost to the owner.

How do I find my vehicle if it was towed?

• Visit the ROCK 102 Information Tent (3^rd Ave & 21^st St) between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
• Or call Rawlco Radio at 306-934-2222 on Monday, August 17, 2026 during regular business hours.

Can I bring my family and friends?

• Yes! Rock 102 Show & Shine Downtown Car Show takes place Sunday, August 16, 2026.
• It is one of Western Canada’s largest outdoor car shows – featuring hundreds of classic and custom vehicles, food trucks, games and live-on-location coverage.
• Show hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Is there an entry fee for spectators?

• No. Admission is free.

Can I bring my dog?

• Yes. Dogs are welcome in outdoor areas within the show footprint.
• Dogs must be leashed, and owners are responsible for cleanup.
