Special Guest: Danny Bhoy (Scotland)
Danny Bhoy began stand up in 1998. A year later, he won Britain's biggest competition for comedy newcomers and in 2001, he took his first full length solo show to the Edinburgh Festival, where, within a week, he had sold out his entire three-week run. Since then, Danny has made annual appearances at all the major comedy festivals around the world including Just For Laughs in 2005 where he received rave reviews for his outstanding set on the televised Gala and was nominated for a Gemini Award. Danny returned to Montreal in 2007 for the rare accolade of performing a 10-night solo run at the Gesu Theatre which was completely sold out. Danny continues to break box office records worldwide.

Pete Zedlacher (Canada)
This high energy performance comedian draws heavily from his working class roots. Born and raised in the northern Ontario town of Wawa, Pete Zedlacher has quickly become one of the top headlining comics in the country as evidenced by his 2006 Canadian Comedy Award for best male stand-up. Pete has appeared on his own episode of Comedy NOW! for CTV/The Comedy Network, which recently in repeats received the 2nd highest ratings in the history of the show and has performed four times at Just For Laughs. Pete has also made numerous film and television appearances including: Little Mosque on the Prairie, Puppets Who Kill, Degrassi: The Next Generation and most recently the film American Pie Presents: The Naked Mile.

David O'Doherty (Ireland)
David O’Doherty first stepped on stage at Dublin¹s Comedy Cellar in 1998. A year later he won the Channel 4's So You Think You’re Funny? Award for new comedians and was runner up in the BBC New Comedy Awards. His first full show was performed at The Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2000 where he received a nomination for Perrier Best Newcomer and this year he brought home Edinburgh’s prestigious If.com Award (formerly the Perrier Comedy Award). David has performed at festivals around the world including three times at Just For Laughs and has toured throughout Ireland with Tommy Tiernan, Britain with Rich Hall and America with Demetri Martin. He has also written widely for newspapers and magazines and published a book for children.

Hal Cruttenden (England)
Hal Cruttenden is one of the top comedians working in the UK today, as well as being an accomplished writer and actor. Hal’s big breakthrough in stand up came with his nomination for the Perrier Newcomer Award at the 2002 Edinburgh Festival for his solo show ‘Hal’, followed by a highly successful run the following year, which was also performed at the Soho Theatre in London. He is a regular performer at all the top UK clubs and supported Ardal O’Hanlon and Omid Djalili on their recent nationwide tours. Hal has received rave reviews at Just for Laughs and has performed across the globe. His many television credits include appearances on Paramount Comedy Channel UK, The Comedy Channel Australia, Comedy Central and BBC America in the U.S. and Bravo.
