Shack, Watson, Gregger - The Peditox Results. Careful now!

So...if you didn't catch the show Thursday morning here's a little refresher on Peditox.  It's a process where the toxins in your body are pushed downward and out through the many pores on the bottom of your feet.  What's crazy is you actually see lymphatic fat, mucous and even metal released into the foot spa!

It's pretty apparent I had a crap load of toxins in my system!  It's gotta be due to the rock and roll lifestyle I used to lead in my 20's!!  I can't handle the hangovers anymore.  Pretty disgusting to say the least!

You know I didn't feel overly that different.  I'm not one that's really in tune with himself though if that makes any sense?  I know both Shack and Watson admitted to feeling quite emotional that night (hell Shack got weepy eyed watching the Bucket List trailer so what does that tell you?)  But what we've done in our lifestyles seems to support the size of gunk that came from us.  So to me, somethings that didnt need to be there got taken out for sure.  Sadly I didn't lose any weight but they told me I wouldnt.  I lost more skating on the outdoor rink for 2.5 hours.

Good idea.  I checked online for the details on this.  Here's what I found... What Do The Colours Of The Detox Mean?  There is no definitive method of visually diagnosing the toxins.  As part of the colour change is due to the erosion of the array during the detox process, it is best to not get involved in trying to interpret their meanings.  The only true method of analysing the colours is via a laboratory test.
