Shack and Watson's Superbowl Bet is Set...

Well...it all comes down to the NFL's two best teams. In fact, these two teams were predicted to make it to the show six games into the 2009 season. The Saints had the #1 ranked offense...Indy landed at #13.

Shack and I have made our Superbowl bet.  He's hopped on the Saints bandwagon this year.  That doesn't mean he'll be a fan next year...but he has put his naked body on the line that the Saints will win. Shack's decision to go with the Big Easy is music to my ears! Here's why....

The Saints have NEVER won a Superbowl! In fact, they've never even been to the Big Game before. Rookie jitters for sure!  On the other hand...Indy is looking for it's second championship in four years. Payton Manning is the MAN! He's won a record number of league MVP awards and also has one Super Bowl MVP honor. He's one of four quarterbacks to throw for more than 50,000 yards, and he's third all-time in career touchdown passes with 366. Manning has started 209 consecutive games including playoffs. That's CLUTCH! That = another Superbowl Ring on Sunday.

So once I win...Shack will have to toboggan naked and hit a jump at the bottom of the hill! We'll videotape it and post it on my blog here after Shack gets out of the hospital!  :)
