Chris Nolan behind new Superman movie???

I'm still bummed that a great director like Bryan Singer screwed the pooch on Superman Returns, even if it does have some super cool moments.  But now the word on the street is that Batman Begins and Dark Knight director Chris Nolan is moving into position to not only take over the Superman franchise, but also preparing a third Batman, and a Justice League movie!

That's like, a nerd's wet dream, man.

It's just rumours so far, but Nolan would be more of a Godfather, and his brother Jonah Nolan would be sitting in the director's chair for Man of Steel.  I also wish they'd make a Batman/Superman movie.

What do you think?  Would Nolan do a good job?  Superman isn't meant to be as broody as Batman, so he'd have to make it cool while staying true to Superman's boy scout-like behaviour.  If I had a time machine I'd go to opening weekends on all these movies.
