Oh yeah baby!  Another big win in our sports challenge!  I know I have absolutley zero prowess on the pole but I believe it was my overall presentation that bagged me the W. But...Shack has his skivvies in a knot because he feels he received the loudest response from the ladies at Club Mynx Fitness and got robbed of the win.  You be the judge. I know you'll quickly realize I'm worthy of the victory! Muwahahahaha!  Check the vid. (If it's grainy...the vid is still processing)

Shack, Gregger and I are trying to shed some extra flab and tone up for the summer. Plus, we just want to show Shack what it's like to exercise! We've teamed up with Barb Maduck and Olivia Chadwick at Partners in Fitness and Weight Management and Gary Banerd over at Fitness Solutions to help us achieve our goals.  Barb and Olivia are puting us through an 8 week nutrition and workout program...and Gary has supplied us with a Power Plate to use in the studio.

That was a play on words given what I'm talking about. So, I had a bright idea for this new Doritos contest. You've seen the white bags at stores around town, they just have a dollar sign on the front. The idea is to try the chips, think of a flavour name and marketing concept, and submit your idea to www.doritosguru.ca .

So I enlisted the boys on the morning show to act out my idea... and they did a great job! Winner of the contest gets 25k and 1% of future sales of that flavour in Canada.

With the help of Dr. Rose Genesis from Nirvana Laser Hair and Skin Clinic on 8th...Shack, Gregger, Sheri and I have nailed down the five finalists for our tattoo removal giveaway!  Thanks to everyone who sent in their pics...unfortunately we can't pick everybody.  We took a number of things into consideration when picking our top five.  That included ugliness, size, story and comments from friends, family and listeners. 

Congratulations to our Top 5.  Rhiannon Stamnes, Stacey Harasymchuk, Nancy Schule, Corey Brown and Dave Bryksa!!

As you may know...I've been going through the tattoo removal process at Nirvana Laser Hair and Skin Clinic on 8th Street.  4 more treatments and my ugly Sylvester Junior tattoo will be gone FOREVER!! 

Dr. Genesis at Nirvana has offerred up a free tattoo removal to the person who has Saskatoon's Ugliest Tattoo!

Yes just less than 1 year from the Olympics and if you're like me and my friends, we sit around and debate who should be on the team constantly.  (Pierre Mcguire had his like teased and touted for a week on TSN and it was such a letdown!  Doan and Morrow on the team?  No offense, I know he's a Saskatchewan kid, but I wouldnt have either of those stone hands on my team as stick boys!  Go with the talent!!!!!)  But yes every Tom, Dick and Harry has a team and has an opinion.  Well here is Watson's and I's Team Canada's.
