summer

Does anyone else feel ripped off about summer this year. I look outside along the river valley and already I see trees turning color. This is like the 4rd summer in a row that has been less then stellar. I think I've used my sprinkler about 4 times this year. It just seems like yesterday we were enjoying 30 degree temperatures for for a couple of weeks straight, but that was 2006! What the hell is going on! Saskatoon, the sunshine captital of Canada! Yeah, for about 3 days!

Shack's Babe of the Day!

It looks like summer is finally here in Saskatoon with lots of sun and heat expected for the next few days. So with that comes the Sights of Summer as depicted in my "Shack's Summer Babes of the Day!

Had a blast on Exile Island yesterday, raising money for the Children's Wish Foundation. (Ever seen a kid with cancer find out he gets to meet Kobe Bryant? Pretty awesome.) All the tribes together raised over $100,000. Thanks to everyone who donated. Chad McDonald didn't eat me and i came back without any ticks, so great success.
